Counseling
Counseling is essential to the healing process for both the husband and the wife. It helps you work through the "whys" of sexual addiction and offers a mediator to help you communicate more effectively. Counselors have insight, outside your marriage, that might help you better understand what's happening inside your marriage. I highly recommend counseling for any couple who has been wounded by sexual sin.

Support Groups
One of the best resources for struggling couples is the support of other men and women who are going through the healing process as well. I highly recommend attending a weekly support group to receive encouragement, prayer, biblical advice, and also maintain accountability. Here are some links to find support groups in your area.
